Kat Sweet Kat is a Charlotte native, born and raised in the Queen City. She is a mixed media artist with a BFA in Painting, but spends most of her time with her first love: sewing and costuming! She has been sewing for most of her life, and had started designing fashion by the time she was ten. When she isn't busy crafting and creating (and gluing rhinestones to everything), you can catch her selling real estate (no one knows the Charlotte market better than a native), chasing her two children, or at the junkyard hunting for Volvo parts! She's really excited to be back again for her fourth year as a Condom Couture designer!

Yarn Work NC Sarah Terry Argabrite started making crocheted and knitted street installations for fun and as a form of activism. It excited her that she could use a traditional technique her grandmother taught her to create art “for the people”. Artworks woven into our cityscapes can be consumed while completing even our most mundane daily tasks. Sarah loves spotting nooks, fences, and spaces around town that need a “yarn bomb” and then designing and installing a piece just for that space. She also loves working with local businesses to create pieces that strengthen their message and help entice people to walk through the door.
